Welcome to the club.

We are launching our membership for you to get you more saunas, more cold water exposure and allow you to build a routine that incorporates the incredible mental and physical benefits of contrast therapy.

Join by the end of May and become a founding member of The Sauna at the Cottage

We are charging just £25 a year which gives you access to exclusive benefits and member only offers via our member WhatsApp community and email list.

FAQs about The Sauna Club

  • We will message on the day if we have any slots that have not yet been filled.

    You will then have the option to book in for half price! Only £30 for a whole private sauna session.

    Feel free to opt out of the WhatsApp group at any time

  • Our loyalty reward runs through our booking system.

    When you have booked three private sessions with us within the year of your membership, contact us and we will give you the code to book your fourth sauna for free!

  • Community is incredibly important to us here at the Sauna, and we are lucky enough to meet and get to know all of you.

    We thought it was about time some of you got to meet each other! The events will be slightly different but there will always be sauna, cold water and the meadow.
