We are launching our membership for you to get you more saunas, more cold water exposure and allow you to build a routine that incorporates the incredible mental and physical benefits of contrast therapy.
We are charging just £35 a year which gives you access to exclusive benefits and member only offers via our member WhatsApp community and email list.

You will then have the option to book in for half price! Only £30 for a whole private sauna session.
